Defective products can be returned and either replaced or refunded
- Defective products are defined as those which have an obvious malfunction that prevents the item from being used in the way it was intended due to an error in production
- If replaced, this may have to be part of our next bulk order period
- Credit is granted via coupon voucher
- Customers have 30 days to report a problem from the date of receipt
- User damage does not constitute replacement
- Credit or replacement will be available, depending on the product
- A photo of the defective product will be required
- If we require the item to be shipped back to us, or the supplier, it will be at our expense
